ABOUT ME

I've worked in the mortgage industry in a family-owned, operated, and managed Portland-based company, for over a decade. I truly enjoy educating my clients about my industry and the home loan process, as well as the real estate and housing markets in the Portland and Vancouver areas. I pride myself on being responsive and communicative during the home loan process, which I understand can be intimidating, especially for first-time buyers. I will take the time to answer any questions that you might have and I sincerely look forward to hearing from you so that I can equip you with the information and confidence you need to make the right financial decisions for your circumstances.

Call me today at (971) 404-9844 so we can start you in the right direction towards the loan approval process for your new home - whether it's your first home or real estate purchase or you are experienced with the real estate purchasing and home loan process.

We were first time home buyers. Mathew helped us find out how much house we could actually afford. He was really responsive. I do and will continue to suggest Mathew to my network as they go through the home buying / selling process.

Step 1: Pre-Qualify

I'll help you determine what you can afford. This part of the mortgage process is relatively quick.

Step 2: Pre-Approval

Being pre-approved for a mortgage loan will help the home buying process move faster.

Step 3: Find Your Home

Once you've been pre-approved you can begin shopping for your new home or property.

Step 4: Make an Offer

You've found a home you want to purchase and you've submitted an offer through your real estate agent.

Step 5: Underwriting

You've locked in your mortgage rate, now you're in escrow and waiting to close on the home purchase.

Step 6: Time to Move!

You're in the clear, everything is finalized. You own your new home. Now all you have to do is move in!
